Merging with PhillyFirst

Dear BellNoonTime Toastmasters,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you as a president of BellNoon Time, and I have important news to share regarding the future of our club. After careful consideration and discussions among the officers, I am pleased to inform you that our club will

be merging with PhillyFirst to form a unified and stronger entity.

This decision was made after recognizing the potential benefits that can be achieved by combining our resources, expertise, and membership base. The merger aims to enhance the overall experience for all members and create a more dynamic and vibrant

Toastmaster community. We believe that by joining forces, we can offer a wider

range of opportunities for personal and professional growth, while fostering a

supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.

The merger process will involve a series of transitional steps, including the integration of club structures, consolidation of meeting schedules, and alignment of leadership positions.

We understand that this change may bring about some questions or concerns, and

we assure you that a dedicated team has been formed to oversee the smooth

transition and address any issues that may arise.

         PhillyFirst has meetings every 1^st and 3^rd Thursday of the month from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Please response by June 30^th if this schedule works for you or you would like to have Wednesdays Lunch/Evening meetings.

In the coming weeks, we will be sharing regular updates via email and the club's official communication channels to ensure everyone stays well-informed. We are also committed to providing support and assistance to any member who may require additional

guidance or assistance during this transition period.

We are excited about the potential of this merger and the positive impact it will have on our Toastmaster journey. By joining hands, we will be able to leverage our

collective strengths and create an even more enriching and empowering

experience for all members.
