stand in front of the microwave. In fact, ditch it. It is bad for you in every

other ‘smart’ devices that you wear.
•It’s
best to charge your phone during the day, rather than while you are sleeping.
When you plug in, it creates like an electric box around the house. This
increases the effect while you are sleeping. During sleep, it is when your body
repairs itself. The current running at night inhibits the repairing. I do not
charge my phone in my bedroom at all.
