Have a quick question, regarding hosting the ECSL 2023 what do you all think?

should we take the challenge this year they are asking if we are going to be hosting.

It was our turn but because of COVID, we postponed.

hope you all are enjoying the long weekend, just wanted to update you that after 7 days from the first email after the 2023ECSL we have been getting YES as answers.

so can we start the invoke/planning for the Belize ECSL23

some of the topics we need to start

** location, Hotel & venue

** Food

** transportation if required in Belize

** material

** sponsors

** partners

** cost (I think the 150US will no longer work for us, as we are seeing prices going up)

** Please add to the list

and suggest a meeting date and time

We need to set date then we will know prices for that date and better be able to request quotes and know real peices the more ahead the better prices we can get
