Email server?

Hello Belize friends. I have long wanted to set up a secure email service based in Belize. If there are others on this Linux group that would like to work together towards setting up a censorship resistant communication Network with me I think that Belize would be a good place to place some of the servers.

I like to use the proxmox virtualization system that runs on top of Debian 9 and integrates the ZFS file system. I have some servers in the United States in Wisconsin that could be used but I think the shipping cost would be prohibitive. And they don't integrate well with a ZFS which requires direct access to each hard drive. If anyone is interested in this please let me know. I know of some people now living in Belize. I thought about coming to live there but the stories I'm hearing of the murders are making me keep my distance. In the meantime I'm working on remedycoin.com which is a conflict resolution system that exchange is forgiveness for agreement to a financial instrument that transfers this value to a cryptocurrency commemorating the forgiveness.

Sounds like a good idea. By email servers you mean a full blown service, or just servers sitting here in Belize for an existing service?
