Spirit Oil and coastal developers

One attachment is an article from this Wednesday’s Amandala regarding ownership/compensation by Spirit Oil (Internet article sent yesterday).  John Usher, Sanctuary Bay developer, owner of Belize Lakeview Properties Limited will received 400,000 common shares in Spirit Oil as a “finder’s fee.”  (Value of about BZ$200,000.)

 

Mr. Usher also has some sort of organization called Sittee River Wildlife Reserve.  As Chairman of this organization, Usher is speaking at a “Discover Belize” tour sponsored by The Placencia Hotel, one of the principals of which is Marco Caruso, a developer who seems to be able to do whatever he wants on the Placencia Peninsula.  (PCSD will shortly be filing a suit against DOE for approval of a marina, casino and other associated developments on the northern end of the Peninsula – Caruso is also a principal of the company developing this marina.  He has also been caught dredging the beach and seems to be able to disobey ECPs with absolute impunity.  If anyone needs any further information about Caruso – please let me know.)

 

Very interesting connections here.  Does anyone know anything about Richard Boyd, the CEO of Northern Spirit Resources, or Errin Kimball, who also received finder’s fees from Northern Spirit?
