Hotel bookings - PLEASE READ AND RESPOND ASAP

Our negotiations with the Belize travel rep (Lenny) are over and it is
time for us to make our deposits.
Deposits are required to secure 2 things - hotel rooms and Tikal tour
and the amount is 50%. I am attaching a form that they are asking to
fill out and FAX, but if you want, you should also be able to do it by
phone.
For reference, please mention my name (Sergey), and the fact that you
belong to the party of 17. After over 30 emails, he knows who we are.
Please note, that I specifically made sure that the quoted hotel
prices include room tax (9% on their website) and a service charge
(5%), so you should not have to pay anything in addition to the total
amount quoted for you. I tried asking for a bigger discount, but in
general, they were very inflexible on room prices.

Now, for our transportation in Belize - I had one more "negotiating
round" with Lenny, and this is what we agreed on:
- Transfer to hotel for 12 people arriving together morning of 24th -
$21 per person (originally $27.50)
- Transfer for Ira, Alex, and Leva to hotel - $100 (originally $110);
- Transfer for Julia and Dmitry to hotel - $100 (originally $110,
tried to knock off more, but got a "No" pleading gas prices of $5 US
per gallon)
- Tikal tour - $80 per person, all inclusive (originally $93.75)
- Transfer from hotel to Placencia - $36 per person (originally $44)
- Transfer from Placencia to airport on May 3rd - $70.50 per person
(originally $87)
Since I used the fact that we have 2 children in negotiating, we
should probably adjust these, so that Marina and Sergey pay less.
These amounts will be paid only after we get the actual service on
location. But we will have to do a little more co-ordination for those
who are arriving separately, so that they pick you up as agreed (I
have Lenny's phone number that I will forward).
