Fwd: follow-up

Guys,

I have followed up with Lenny on our outstanding balance (see below).

I have not received an answer from him. Instead, as Kirill tells me,
Lenny did go ahead and charge us according to his own calculation. As
you know, we disagreed with him on the balance - his estimate was
around $200 more than we owe, based on initial agreement.

All this suggests that our travel agent is being evasive on purpose,
unfortunately.

To cut it short - we need to take a vote. Do we fight for it or let it
be, splitting $200 evenly amongst ourselves ?

Please, everybody, speak your mind.

Wanted to thank you for everything - we had a great time in Belize.

We carefully retraced all our charges, and would like to confirm the
outstanding balance of $1,429.30. Please go ahead and charge this
balance on the credit card that we provided in Belize.

All our calculations are exclusive of any bank charges, and we did NOT
subtract anything for the person who cancelled.

we went over your breakdown of all charges and concluded that you are mistaken on how much you've charged certain credit cards: according to your email from.... the following amount been charged per credit card: ,,,,,

However you total on the last breakdown differ from the email and corresponding charges on credit cards. Please also note that amounts on credit cards are higher and included the transaction charges you previously mentioned. so these things were not affected amounts you charged per each credit card. Please go over yout totals one more time and tell us if you agree or disagree:

total amount we agreed upon per email is $6.....

Amount you've charged as of 4/24/08 is 

Difference is ..... which is your baance that you must charge the credit card we provided to you.

Let's see if he will answer. Also probably we can mention that his review is up to us...
