AGM 2016

Hear ye, hear ye,

I hereby announce that the 125^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Belfast Ultimate (BU) will take place at 7.30pm on Wednesday, 9^th March 2016. The location shall be Shorts Sports & Recreational Club’s recreational facilities.

An agenda will be circulated nearer the time, but I am reasonably confident the evening will involve:

* Donuts (provided by Dave)

* Liquid refreshment (available at the bar)

* Raucous arguments about the direction of the club

* Confessions and explanations from the 2015-16 committee

* Voting in the 2016-17 BU committee

Be there if you have a stake in what happens to BU. If you want to get more involved in the direction of the club, join the committee. If the thought of standing for election puts you off, bear in mind that there are currently more posts than committee members.

Please make your questions, suggestions, hopes and gripes known at any time of year, but particularly in the run-up to the AGM.
