Hi folks,

Thanks for following up Silvia and hope you get sorted, Mark.

Just to ask everyone again, please make sure that you don't Reply All to emails with such specific personal details without redacting (or better yet, reply all to this one) - they are on public record, and it creates very thorny legal and privacy issues. If anyone has a little time to help (which would be brilliant!), can you please contact Mark directly for them? (and can admins please double-check for such PII before releasing emails)

All the best,
Phil

Midi.dongle as a solution in her new temp at but only got the housing manager yesterday too set it up but no tutor ial on how to use it... Etc long story but got her connect ed...she thought cos it said connect or connected next to the WiFi she was connected but then thinking she connected too every WiFi ... She not been taught how the connection system worked in win 10.. so took about hour of talking her threw everything till I find out she was not pressing the connect button n entering in her WiFi I am not very happy with the support my mum is getting too get on with her studying etc
