my mum moved back to belfast and needs help with her laptop??

she was using linux mint here in redditch and i was helping her lots but now she on own all at sea with windows and finding it very hard to get help with her laptops...

Hi Mark - even if there's a shortage of one-to-one long-term volunteers available, we'll try and do a general help event in the next few months, as it's a bit overdue. Unless someone gets back here to volunteer, there's not a huge amount in Belfast for on-going free mentoring/fixing, but there are some events on meetup if she would be interested in learning more herself?

Also, see you're down for the event in Belgium - looking forward to seeing you there!

what version of windows is she using and what kind of help does need - might be able to assist depending on location and availability?
