The next Belfast SuperCollider User Group meeting on Wednesday 16th January

Hi all,

Just a quick heads up to let you know that the next Belfast SuperCollider User Group meeting will be taking place on Wednesday 16th January from 6:30pm at the Sonic Arts Research Centre, 2nd floor interactive room (full address and maps link below). If you're running late or have trouble accessing the building for any reason, please call 07989563004.

The format of the session will be an open workshop, so we invite you to bring your laptop and:

a) an idea you want to realise, or topic you'd like to know more about OR
b) a self-contained piece of code that can easily be shared with/modified by others (i.e. no external dependencies)

The idea is to briefly discuss these at the top of the session, then break into groups and get down to some coding, with an opportunity to share results at the end. For newcomers (always welcome!), we will be also be offering a practical introduction to the language.

Hey everyone,

It seems the Multimedia room is actually free tonight, Pedro is not using it - Lets try and use that space for tonight's colliding. Spread the word to anyone that might not check their emails & Saul's number is in the previous email (below) if anyone has trouble getting in!

Looking forward to seeing Saul's Sonic Placemats(?) later on!
