Right folks, we all know why were here, and I'm sure most of us
(including me) don't know what were doing.
I fired this group up to start the discussion about setting up a
HackerSpace in / around Belfast.
Fresh off the bat, I have no idea where to go from here (yet). I'm
still at TheNextHope and I'm having some great conversations with East/
West coast US (and Austrian and German) hackerspace members and
creators, and there's been alot of great anecdotal advice (eg, start a
conversation) but I've been trying to dive through the Documentation
on Hackerspaces.org which really is the best source of tried and
tested methods for getting started (as well as plenty of "I wish
I'd ..."'s).
Anyway, if some of you don't know, I'm Andrew Bolster, QUB MEng
Undergrad. Drop in here, say hello, and lets see what can come out of
this.
