Welcome to the weekly status update for the belay research team. I forgot to write a status email last week, so this status update covers two weeks rather than one (minus two days for Thanksgiving).

In the last two weeks, we completed the following tasks:
- OpenID integration for fetching user attributes is now implemented. User attributes can be retrieved from Google, Yahoo and AOL. These attributes are not yet provided to instances, this work is still outstanding.
- Javascript for the station has been broken down into modules using require.js.
- Only 5 instances are displayed for each section, with links provided to view the full list.
- "Trash" section added, where deleted instances are placed and can later be permanently deleted. Instances in Trash are not offered as suggestions when a user visits a site, but can still be accessed if opened directly from the trash section.
- Dependency on jQuery UI removed from station and bfriendr, to reduce the amount of code downloaded.

In the coming week, we plan to:
- Allow OpenIDs which are added to your station to be used to log in to the station, removing the need for the user to ever visit the belay-belay admin site.
- Select which attributes which are passed to instances, based on the values retrieved from OpenID providers and user created profiles.
- Provide a quick way to assign an added OpenID identity to a section, passing the collected attributes on to instances in that section.
- View screen for identities, showing which attributes were collected from an IDP, and to which sites those attributes have been distributed to.

Until next time,
