The Fresh Connection: Final document concerning executive summary

Dear all,

 

Concerning the Fresh Connection, we still have to write a final document consisting of a team document and a role document.

Please be aware that the assessment of the results for the Fresh Connection are mainly based on this document (70%) and less on the ROI-score (30%).

So, the document is important for our marks.

 

Please find in attachment a first draft version of this document, including a role document for Purchasing.

 

Since 1 page is not much to describe lessons learned, problems, objectives, actions taken,... as function of the different rounds, I suggest to add an more detailed analysis with numerical data in an attachment.

 

Please remind a survey regarding the appreciation of the teamwork also should be filled in.

I''ve looked into the last version, sent by Anete, and I changed the lay-out a little bit in order to fit all role descriptions on 1 page. I've also corrected some type errors in the titles.

Dear all,

Please find in attachment the last version of the paper assignment for The Fresh Connection. Brecht has written a very nice introduction as CEO. I added to the paper.

We still need a contribution from Supply Chain and Sales.

Agung, Ferry and Dede, shall it be possible to draft a text before tomorrow (Friday) in the evening?

Tomorrow, I will be admitted to the hospital for a few days. So, I won't be able anymore to do the final editing or submit the paper to Mr. Willems.

For the final editing: actually, the document is made in Arial 10, line spacing 1 in order to fit most of the text on 1 page for the different roles. 

Is there a volunteer to do the final editing and to submit the paper on Saturday 01 June 2013 before 5PM?

As an attachment, you will find my draft for the final version of the Paper. Based on the draft made by Annelies, I added all the information from different roles and I consider it now to be complete.
