Qualification
Bachelor of Technology / Engineering - Electrical
Experience
15 -20 years of experience in Switchgear(LV/MV) manufacturing Facilities.
Out of which 2 to 3 years experience in C&R relay panel would be preferred.
Professional Exp
Hands on experience in LV and MV Panel Type Testing
Good understanding of IEC Standards related to LV and MV Switchgear
Management of team of Electrical and mechanical design engineers and draughts men in their routines.
Plan the resources and allocate the jobs and monitoring as
per customer schedule. Jobs include Preparation of GA, SLD and Schematic for approval. Upon approval release of BOQ for Procurement and release of shop floor drawings and instructions
Management of QA/QC function like inward inspection and FAT
Responding to all technical queries from the tendering stage to Customer inspection. Technical Solution for customer site issues.
Coordinating with Clients / Consultants and suppliers on all Technical matters
Evaluate and Develop new products in the manufacturing range
Standardisation of the design functioning time to time.
 Should be very good team player who can work independently and take decisions within the guide lines.
Other Attributes
Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to have effective interface with internal & external client.
