Reviewing of Belaku- On behalf on Jayaram R.G

Dear All

May be surprised to see my mail for the first time.Hope all are fine, you all may be little busy & not so easy like before.I would like to share my views on the subject & would like to discuss in this regard. 

As you all know that we had struggled hard to form this Group called BELAKU for social activities & also conducted one function with celebrating Sri Ramanavami @ Sri Srinidhi Srinivasa Temple with the support of CANARA BANK on 16.04.2006 I spoke to Mr.Nagabhushan Rao who helped us to conduct the same, thinking of reviewing to continue our efforts for social cause, now I am retired from Bosch & will stand by to support you all for the cause please think +ve. .

Sincerely request you all to block the date & on 05.01.2014 first( Sunday) to chalk out the program in this regard.Need 100% response from all of you positively.Please treat this as personal request & give your opinions.

Information needed before 15.12.2014 for meeting on  05.01.2014

1 Place to assemble with in city limits

2.Mode of transport.

3.Refreshments .

I am confident that I will get the reply from all of you positively with in the date.

Thank you for bringing up the thought of reviving our group! We will certainly be there to take this initiative forward.

 

You defenitely inspire us to go beyond boundries and make a difference.

 

My suggestion, we could probably meet at one of our places and not spend money and time in finding a venue. Our house downstairs is free anyway. We can get refreshment organized too...

Dear Friends,

As per the earlier mails, it was decided to meet at Anand's place on 5th Jan and I would request on be-half of Jayram uncle that we shall meet sharp at 11 AM and close it by 1Pm as we can have the second half of the day spent with our families being Sunday.

The Agenda is very clear that we need some innovative tips to make this small time hidden organisation into a respectable platform. Kindly be present and look forward for a fruitful discussion.
