Mengambil angka dari penggabungan angka dan huruf

mau minta bantuannya.. gimana ya caranya untuk mengambil angka dari gabungan angka dan huruf ??
jadi misalnya ada :
1238M
123M
9507T

semuanya ada pada align right,. nah kalo mau ambil yang angkanya aja gimana y caranya ??
ada yg tau gak

Coba bantu ya, kalo hurufnya cuma satu, coba aja dengan rumus "left(A1,len(A1)-1)".
A1=misal lokasi cell yang dicari
