Hi,
Perek 28 Possuk 15 commands Moshe to construct the Choshen : טו וְעָשִׂ֜יתָ ח֤שֶׁן מִשְׁפָּט֙ מַֽעֲשֵׂ֣ה חשֵׁ֔ב כְּמַֽעֲשֵׂ֥ה אֵפֹ֖ד תַּֽעֲשֶׂ֑נּוּ זָ֠הָ֠ב תְּכֵ֨לֶת וְאַרְגָּמָ֜ן וְתוֹלַ֧עַת שָׁנִ֛י וְשֵׁ֥שׁ מָשְׁזָ֖ר תַּֽעֲשֶׂ֥ה אֹתֽוֹ:

2Questions:
Firstly, once Possuk says to construct the Choshen 'like the eiphod' why is it necessary to also say 'maaseh chosheiv &list the 5 materials' (&yes, there are many places in the commands to construct th Mishkan which seem repetitive/superfluous but that's why is that &is it simply the same case here?)
&secondly, the last 3 materials aren't mentioned in the construction of the Choshen! Unless they were somehow weaved into the actual gold breastplate?
