Our next BCD is set for Nov 9 at 7pm and will feature the China director of Handicap International, a global NGO working for the rights of physically handicapped people. See handicap-international.org.

HI has done great work in ensuring China's 80m-plus handicapped people have improved rights and opportunities - indeed many of the organisation's projects here have been studied by policymakers.
