Hey Beijing, I am helping out a peer who is trying to connect with the international school community in a handful of major Chinese cities (as well as Chinese students looking for study/cultural experiences overseas including in the US). As quick background, I've led summer trips for this company (Putney Student Travel and National Geographic Student Expeditions) on several occasions, with most of the students on my trips being American high school students. Now the company is looking to expand and include more international students on their programs, so they're starting to connect with schools and recruit in other countries.  Jono's email below has more details. If you are an international school teacher or otherwise have some contacts that you'd be willing to put him in touch with, please reach out to him directly, he would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks!  Jenn

I am pleased to announce that I will be traveling to China in early 2017 with the 81st Governor of Vermont, Peter Shumlin, to recruit another generation of young global leaders for Putney Student Travel and National Geographic Student Expeditions programs.

We are looking to connect with select, top schools in Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, and Beijing and meet with college counselors and families interested in  international summer programs that provide opportunities for college preparation at top universities, leadership development, community service, language learning, and cultural exploration all over the world.

If you have any recommendations or contacts in these cities for schools, college counselors, or interested families, please reach me at jo...@goputney.com
