What is NEW about iWeekend this time?

- More diverse participants: Applications are open to not only idea-stage, but also early-stage entrepreneurs with existing products and businesses.
We strongly encourage professionals and freelancers from a diverse range of industry backgrounds to apply, including but not limited to art, finance, media, marketing, management consulting, IT, engineering.

- Challenge oriented projects: Entrepreneurs should have one specific challenge or problem you want to solve, such as creating a revenue model, enhancing your brand, developing a marketing plan, generating a user engagement strategy, etc. This way your team will have a better idea of where they are heading when working on the project.

- More productive: Since project activities will revolve around specific challenges, we are able to compress our event to one whole day, instead of two days. So you'll still have Sunday to relax with family and (new) friends!
