BLUG meetings with beginner lectures

Beginning this month, the BLUG plans to hold a series of lectures targeted at beginners.

For this monthly meeting, zsun from the Fedora community and W.H from the openSUSE
community will bring us topics about the testing on GNU/Linux, and, how to
report bugs. The topic will cover basic knowledge from the start. It suitable
for beginners.

You are also welcome to share your own experience about reporting bugs,
and interesting stories for all kinds of bugs.

Also, the Education Freedom Day (EFD) will be held on the 21st March.
We can discuss how to celebrate the event on the meeting.
