Ender Dragon

As some of you may know, Tom stumbled upon the one and only Stronghold on our server a couple weeks ago. The Ender Gate was already activated (we have no idea why). Greg, Anna Marie and I did some reconnaisance and found the end to be untouched and the Dragon itching for fight. We didn't engage him at all. Then some Endermen killed us. What say we go to the End and kick that dragon's ass?

 

For those unfamiliar, we get only one Ender Dragon. They do not respawn. He's big and tough and gives 20,000 experience (works out to about 100 levels for one person). We'll also have the chance to capture the Dragon Egg after we vanquish the Dragon. Once you enter the End there are only two ways out: Death or kill the Dragon. When the Dragon is killed, a portal will open between the overworld and the End and thereafter we can come and go as we please. Since I hate Endermen with a fiery passion, I'll be heading over there with a pumpkin head to beat them up and take their XP points as often as I can.

 

First let's figure out who all wants to go and a time/date that might work. Then we can talk strategy and planning. If you are even remotely interested in this raid, reply to this email with some days/times over the next 2 weeks when you might be available. Don't forget to put your time zone. Let's focus on evenings and weekends, those are likely to be the times that the most of us are available. I want to make sure that everyone who wants to has a good shot at getting in on this. It'll be impossible to find a time that works for everyone, but we can try to get as many as possible.

I'm available most weeknights after 9:00 pm Central Time. This weekend I can do Saturday after 10 PM Central, on Sunday evening after 9:00 pm Central. I'll probably have some time during the day on Saturday 11/6 and Sunday 11/7

I'm available most weeknights at any time after work's over at 5-6ish. Also available for whenever on weekends. I'll be out of town for the weekend of Nov 16-18 if it gets scheduled that late, and occasionally I socialize, but otherwise it's Oklahoma and the Ender Dragon will be the most interesting thing to happen to me in months.

I'm in CST, same time as the BEI folks.

Also, friendly reminded for anyone who wants to do recon — DONT TAKE ANYTHING VALUABLE WITH YOU. The only way out of the end is death. Either yours or the Ender Dragon's.
