update to 1.4.4

Good afternoon, I'm about to apply today's update to the server.  It consists largely of bugfixes.  In the category of bugs we care about:

• Damage from lag
• Damage from riding in a cart
• Items disappearing
• Text disappearing from signs
• Diamond blocks being destroyable by picks that do not drop their components.

I will make an announcement on the server when the actual update is applied.
