As an organic progression of our partnership, we have been exploring various opportunities to host Rams events, including the possibility of their training camp. We are excited that this provides another opportunity for our students to benefit from access to the Rams organization, via dedicated internships and additional yet-to-be-determined academic opportunities.
The experience promises national media exposure for the university during a key fan engagement period for the Rams, advancing our strategic plan commitment to extend our reach beyond the bluff. We are also excited to welcome thousands of visitors and fans to our beautiful campus, attract and retain our prospective students, and to engage our donors, alumni, and friends.
As an NFL training camp host, we are joining a select group of colleges and universities nationally to experience the excitement and energy of hosting a professional sports team. We will play a role in crafting a first-rate guest experience for Rams players during their stay on the bluff, and offer fans a glimpse of their practice routines and an opportunity to enjoy activities on campus.
Rams Training Camp will kick off in late July, during the week of July 22. More details including date and times of open practices and information for fans will be announced and posted on therams.com/trainingcamp and lmu.edu/rams in the coming weeks.
The first areas to be impacted are the athletics fields and associated facilities as they are transformed into practice fields and fan engagement areas. In early-mid July, limited academic and administrative spaces will be converted into staff and player meeting spaces.
As we prepare to host the Rams training camp, we ask for your understanding and cooperation. We acknowledge that hosting an event of this magnitude may present challenges, and we are committed to working collaboratively to address any concerns. Individuals entering campus without a OneCard will be required to show proof of business being conducted on campus (e.g. tour confirmation, conference guest, etc.)

At the onset of lambing season, one will want to consider housing the ram separately. Rams of different breeds have different levels of aggression. White Dorper sheep tend to lack aggression and because of it I always leave one of my many rams in with my ewes, just in case there is a ewe that had an abortion and comes back into season or a ewe lamb is finally ready to get bred. The downside is that rams may interfere with the bonding process of a new-born lamb with its mother by trying to breed a ewe that has just given birth. If you think you will feel overwhelmed by it, just remove the ram from the flock at that time.
Many small flock owners have just one ram, which needs to be separated at some point. However, sheep are not creatures that should be living alone. They need company. If you are thinking ahead, you may want to purchase a second unrelated ram lamb when you purchase the first to breed the offspring of the first ram in subsequent years. If that is not something you can or want to do, think about using a wether from your flock as company. I have seen people having their pony or a goat being company to their ram. That works, too. In any case, I strongly advise against housing a ram by itself.

At Holmatro, we have battery-powered rams and hose powered rams with the CORE system. The CORE system revolutionized the hydraulic process by using a single hose for both the inflow and outflow of hydraulic oil, making tool switches seamless and efficient.
Retracted length stands for the length of the ram before the plunger has been sent out, extended length is the length when is the plunger has been fully extended. In other words, retracted length indicates how much space you need to insert the ram, and extended length tells you how much space you can create.
We offer our Core rams with single plunger, double plunger or telescopic plunger. The double plunger is sent out from two sides of the ram. With a single plunger ram, the plunger is sent out one way. With the telescopic ram , the plunger is also sent out on one side, but there is a second smaller plunger inside of the first one, which is sent out afterwards.
