Hello,
I just joined begslist today and I put my story there, But I will also put here.
I am a person of honesty and sincerity. But this last year has been crazy for us. I recently moved back to Massachusetts one year ago!
I moved back due to family issues. Others who are here were not helping, So I came back me and my child.
Thank god one year later, my relative is doing fine. But since we moved back here me and my child. I have tried to become a Massachusetts resident all over again.
I started working for this House Cleaning company, I worked with them a few months. After I was let go, I started to notice numbness in my toes. A couple of weeks go by the numbness is in my ankles, and before you know it , it rose further up both my legs. Now I can't walk, I have no balance, what is going on?
Well I found out I have a condition called hypereflexia. I can't run, Nor have I ran since last June. up or down the stairs for get it, I cannot carry heavy things anymore. So now going back to work is not a physical option for me. I did try one place I was hired at but, I lasted 2 days all together before I had to quit.
So for the last few months I have been offering Virtual Assistant services. I did get a couple of clients, but it's been two months since then. Business is NOT booming.
When I lived in New York city before I was working from home, for a work from home company. I worked with them for 2 years. Once I told them I was moving back to Massachusetts though, I had to give up my job because they do not contract here. Things were stable, me and my child were fine. Once I came back to Mass, to be the helper, I somehow with my condition became the helpee. And it's hard to get help. I am stuck in Massachusetts with little alternative work options.
My plan is to get back to New York City and get placement in emergency housing. Which will happen, and we will have private quarters to ourselves, once I get the internet and house phone, I plan on starting my re hire for my company to get my job back, Once I get my job back then I can work and save my money, I'll have pay stubs, and then my housing certificate will be reinstated within a couple of months and then I can move back into an apartment and pay rent and bills, and work, and take care of me and my child. But between shipping of our private things, and bus tickets, and still need to have money for food and laundry the first month, because I will not receive any financial help until then. I have a few dollars put away, But I am still going to need at max another $1500.00 to do what I need to do.
Again it's not a scam. I have never done anything like this before and I am praying to god for a miracle. I hope whoever is reading this, can see that I am just a mom going through a lot that needs some help. So Please help us get back to being on our own.
