Do you guys have any killer resources for finding out about menswear
sales?

I tend to check some combination of The Choosy Beggar, Racked, The
Shophound, and Daily Candy. Any other suggestions?

Get on the mailing lists. any time you check out a sale, they usually
have a sign-up sheet for your e-mail. I've done this at Soiffer
Haskin, Clothingline, and GANT to name a few, and always get a few
days notice on any sale they host. Another good way, of course is to
know people at the companies who are kind enough to let you know about
them ahead of time. Frankly, I praise & curse the Choosy Beggar for
the number of quality sales he posts. It's a very thorough list. What
more do you need?

Get on email lists for department stores (and watch Madisonavespy.com,
which covers department stores better than any of the sources you
mentioned). Always try to go the store as soon as you get an email,
regardless of the official start date, because usually they will 'pre-
sell' you items at the sales price (you just have to come back and
pick it up after the sale begins). Whenever you are in Bloomingdales,
ask someone if they have any specials. They have so many little deals
(some of which are quite good) I'm not even sure the staff themselves
always has a real handle on them.
