The original Freedom & Technology Yahoo group folded and became a Google group. Then I made another server based group, which ultimately focused on metabolic health wisdom. Now since I upgraded my server, I've decided to re-integrate both groups to the one Google Egroup.
Its easy to opt in or out anytime.
