I have zsh. The latest beet from git. I used to be able to do: beet import b
Then Tab and zsh would do Bach/
But now I get _beet:zregexparse:4:invalid regex : #
Anyone having that problem. Don't think it is zsh cause I can do ex. Echo b and tab and that works...

Did you enable the zsh completion script?

Perhaps it’s broken and needs to disabled.

No, don't have that. Disabled all beets-plugins. No luck. Now going for a clean zshrc...
