I am currently working at a natural foods cooperative grocery store in Frederick, but I live in Baltimore. I did a search for food cooperatives in Baltimore and came across The Beet. I have worked at my store for 4 1/2 years, as a grocery stocker, Front End manager, and Owner Services coordinator, and have learned a lot. I would love to see a co-op thrive and flourish in Baltimore. I think Bmore is the right climate for a food co-op and it's about time that something got started out here! Could you please send me more information on The Beet and how I can get involved? I have a wealth of knowledge on food cooperatives, and co-ops in general (although no matter how much I learn, there is still so much information out there!) and I would love to share my knowledge and help a food co-op in Baltimore!
