Vending tents/other supplies

So this is the cheapest one I found on the net. We could probably get a
higher-quality used one for about the same price.

Other supplies we'd need to find/invest in:
- a folding table
- tupperware bins

I don't think these should be a problem, they're always being given away
on craigslist/freecycle, I'm going to start looking out for them.

And then there will be the initial cost of the reusable bags. Jasmine,
do you think it would be worthwhile to screen print them? I have a ton
of empty screens/ink.
