Someone asked me:

What is the difference between the traditional more well known Pidyon Rashash and this other Pidyon ReishLamedBeis?

The traditional Pidyon Nefesh of the Rashash is based on tikkun of the tzelem whose gemtatria is 160 (hence the use of 160 silver coins kesef = silver also gematria = 160) based on the 5 Divine Names:

AH"VH, EH"YH, YH"VH, ADN"Y and E"L (17, 21, 26, 65, 31) = 160. Their combined gematria is 160.

This other pidyon uses four Divine Names A"B Sa"G Ma"H Be"N and their combined gematria is 232 and hence uses 232 silver coins

ע"ב ס"ג מ"ה ב"ן (עסמ"ב =: 72, 63, 45, 52) = 232
