Hey everyone,
I just checked on the beer we made last week and it looks like it's
probably done fermenting. I'm not seeing any bubbles come out of the
blow off tube bucket (or they're very, very, very slow), and there's a
good cake of yeast in the bottom of the carboy.
I think I'll try to keg it tomorrow before the New Members
Orientation. So probably around noonish? Or just whenever I happen to
show up. Feel free to drop in/help out/learn how to keg tomorrow.
