PostDoc at UCD: Behavioural Science/Econ & Retrofitting/Heat Pumps

The School of Economics at University College Dublin is hiring a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with a background in behavioural economics / behavioural science to work on the barriers to home retrofitting and heat pump adoptions. The position will begin ideally in September/October 2024, for 24 months (with potential for extension). Application deadline is 26 August 2024 at noon (Irish time).
The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will be part of the Behavioural Research to Inform Greener Home Transformations (BRIGHT), a collaboration between economists, psychologists, architects, engineers and retrofit advisors. In this project, we use the methods of behavioural economics to investigate and inform multiple stages of the consumer retrofit journey.
