Environmental Awareness Scale

Dear BEE Network,

Would you know of an Environmental Awareness Scale in English? Namely, a series of questions to measure people's environmental awareness. I know of one provided by the German government: https://www.umweltbundesamt.de/en/publikationen/weiterentwicklung-skala-umweltbewusstsein, but I need it in English. Hence, I wanted to know if there are other versions from other governments or institutions.
