Friends,

I have taken a selection of the information from Hilty's 'Flower-visiting Insects of Illinois Wildflowers' -- his data for species of plants native to the Arkansas Interior Highlands. I updated the nomenclature on the plants and many of the insects, adding notes on the commonality, wetland status and phenology of the plants (from the Flora of the Southeastern United States website) and added common names for the insects wherever I could find them. Bees are a major component of the flower-visiting insect fauna, which is why I am sharing this with you all. The document is 507 pages and includes bibliography. It may be freely shared and used.
