BedGraph to wig instead of BigWig

Hi
Is there a way to convert a BedGraph file (generated by
GenomeCoverageBed) to a wig file? I don't have access to a server to
use a BigWig file.

One quick option would be to convert bedgraph to bigwig using the recipe on the community examples page (example 3, see [1]), then use the kent source tool "bigWigToWig" to convert to wig.

I don't know of a tool to go directly from bedgraph to wig (though there probably is one somewhere in the ether).
