merge two bed files?

Hi,

does anyone know to merge two bed files with "mergeBed"?

Hi Zhaoyu,

Can described the preferred method.

Or, to save the intermediate step:
$ cat file1 file2 ... fileN > file1-N.nonunique.bed
$ mergeBed -i file1-N.nonunique.bed > file1-N.merged.bed
