Hello,

      First off, I really like the multiIntersectBed module which makes it so easy to compare multiple beds. I was wondering if there is an option in multiinter to output the number of bp overlap between multiple bed files (similar to intersect -wao). Please let me know, thank you for your help.

Unfortunately, this option does not exist for multiinter.
