Hi,

The example:

$ bedtools intersect -a A.bed -b B.bed -C

Should instead read:

$ bedtools intersect -a A.bed -b B.bed C.bed -C

Thanks, and keep up the great work on an excellent tool.

Oops, I forgot to mention the same error is in the example command for "-c" for multiple "-b" databases:

$ bedtools intersect -a A.bed -b B.bed -c

Thanks so much, I will edit the documentation to correct this.
Best,
Aaron
