Dear stallholders,

Please find attached a map of tomorrow's stall layout.

You are in Area 4.

Look for your reference number in that block and there will be your tables marked with your reference number.

Please do not move tables.

If you bring your own tables, there will be space allocated to you.

Set up is 10-11 am. Do not come before as the set up team will be working before.

From 10 am, stewards will be on hand to direct you as well as myself, Jane, and Lex, stall manager.

Parking is in adjacent streets and nearby.

Take down is after the Lantern Procession at 5pm which will walk down East st to little paradise and back.

Once the floats and children have passed through, the road will be clear to leave.

Any problems or queries, please look for myself or Lex tomorrow.
