Please join the Bedford Trails Committee for a free walk around the Carlisle Road Conservation Areas and out to Harvard Pond (not shown on the map below), with a short diversion to the abandoned Nike missile base.  See the new sign and steps and traverse several of our newest bog bridges!

The walk will be slow-paced, about 2 hours duration.

We will actually start and finish the walk where the trail heads on Carlisle Road, parking on Winterberry Way (although the meet-up location is still behind the Bedford Library).
Leader:  Dan Hurwitz, Bedford Trails Committee
Notes:   Children and dogs are welcome.
We will walk regardless of the weather – rain or shine.

The walk will cover trails that may be wet, rough, rocky, rooty, hilly, or very muddy. Please wear comfortable boots that can handle the conditions. (This is New England!)
Also, it is still tick season.  Dress accordingly and consider the use of insect repellant.
