Trail Walk — Minnie Reid and Altmann/Pickman Meadow — November 6th

We're excited to continue Bedford Trail Walks with a Leader! — Minnie Reid and Altmann/Pickman Meadow conservation areas at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday November 6th.

Please join the Bedford Trails Committee for a walk through the Minnie Reid and Altmann/Pickman Meadow conservation areas, led by Peter Desjardins. The Minnie Reid conservation area offers varied terrain and habitats including open fields, forested hillsides, white pine groves, wetlands, a vernal pool, and numerous edge habitat areas. Mostly wooded, the Altmann/Pickman Meadow conservation area terrain slopes gradually to the Concord River and historic Two Brothers’ Rocks.

Saturday looks cool and sunny! The Bedford Trails Committee trail walk will meet at the library parking lot and then walk through the Minnie Reid CA out to Two Brothers' Rocks by the river.

Arrive early to sign up for the walk. We leave the library at 10:00 a.m.
