To be circulated on BE 1 and BE 2 groups on urgent basis.

Project exams are slated for the slot : 5th June, 6th June and 7th June 2015.

Keep these 3 days reserved for UNIVERSITY EXAMS.

We follow fixed timetables here as slots are according to availability of
External examiner schedules.

Detailed Time Table would be out on the notice board by 1st June 2015 [ Time : by  5pm ]

All students should do the following :-

1. Meet their Internal examiners immediately

2. Get PPTs approved by Internal examiners

3. Give demo to their Internal examiners for their approval

4. Bring a copy of the project reports(the extra one) at the time of exams

5.Get a documentation file during exams ( file containing downloaded documents etc)

6.Get a copy of the IEEE paper ( carrying Internal's name also as one of the authors)(refer Internal examiner for more details)

7. Rehearse PPTs for a 1 hr presentation + demo.

8. Students should come in college uniform on exam day.

If students intend to use college machines for their presentation...setup should be done one day prior to exam day.
