1st Round	Aptitude skills test (quantitative and logical reasoning)
2nd Round	After short listing in GD, the students will be further interviewed for various areas covering the fundamental concepts by the senior management team or business experts. Candidates first meeting with us could consist of a number of interviews based on their competencies, accomplishments/academics and experiences as well as their suitability and interest in Searce.
Fixed CTC (Analyst)	INR 1.50 LPA To 2.25 LPA
