How to enable the CERHOST with CX8090

1. Remove the micro SD card from the device and insert it into a card reader
2. Go to the directory Regfiles and delete the file "CeRemoteDisplay_Disable.reg"
3. Then go to the directory Regfiles / samples and copy the file "CeRemoteDisplay_Enable.reg" in the directory Regfiles
4. Important: delete the directory then "Documents and Settings"
5. Then insert the microSD back to the CX and start.
6. Thereafter, the CX will start 2 times and CERHOST is to use now.
