Hello Said,

the AM3044 has a PTC as temperature sensor. Maybe  the sensor is not connected properly trough the connector X14/X24. So the resistance should be very high (measuring range from 400 to 2000 ohm).

 

 

You can check the recognized resistance in the Drive Manager. I assume you will see very high value.

 

You could also switch off the temperature monitoring, but your motor is than not protected anymore if it is too hot.
