Hey Gang,
It's very hard losing weight if you're not consistent with your day-to-
day work outs and keeping to your diet. I have many friends who are
over weight and all of them have tried losing it and out of the
handful of friends I have only 1 successfully lost it and another is
working very hard and not giving up. That's the ticket just working
hard and not giving up when your results don't come as fast as you
want them to. I posted a blog on my blogger account that has some

I am not going ot say that you're gonna be your perfect weight in a
month nor look like the people on the sites but the sites do help you
lose weight and get you feeling healthy.
