I fell off the bandwagon when Chris and Karen visited us last week - didn't exercise at all and ate out a lot. I still tried to make healthy choices, but it's still "eating out", you know? I had gained 4 pounds (ACK!) but the scale now says I've lost two of those 4. I exercised yesterday, but I might not today. I'm jamming to get a book finished, one I've been working on forever, so I might just work with some weights today and maybe do a few things on my stability ball.
Still trying to get my quota of water in for the day. I was able to down 4 bottles yesterday, so that's good. I'm on my first one today. I drank a lot of water while our friends were here, but it was hard to get that 4 bottles in every day. When we go camping, we'll have to schedule walks every day. That'll be fun! :D
