Since my last update, I've lost about 3 pounds. This isn't due to any
exercising on my part, more of being more active on my part (going up
the stairs more than I need to, parking farther from the store than
usual, riding my bike up and down the street with my kids) and eating
a bit less, because my insides are getting compacted by a growing
baby. Not to mention the fact that I'm ALWAYS THIRSTY, so I'm full
with fluids, which in turn, makes me eat less in the long run.

I *do* need to start up on my exercising once more, seen as how the
nausea and chronic tiredness has faded. I still get tired, but it's
more of my body being fatigued than being "sleepy".

Even though I've lost a few more pounds, I can no longer fit into my
"skinny" jeans. They will button and zip, but it's uncomfortable to
do so, and this must be because my waistline is expanding. :( I'll
need to buy maternity clothes soon. Even my "normal" jeans are tight
after I eat. I've been lounging in sweats and elastic shorts lately.
lol

It's good that I haven't gained weight (yet).

That's awesome Becka :)  I imagine if you keep up what you're doing when the baby is here you'll see a huge drop in weight!  :)

wooohooo for losing weight while prego...(which is totally safe)!  I have also lost another two pounds.  I'm excited, yet nervous...I know this is when I start to gain weight, I have been a lot more conscience of my food intake...what the baby wants the baby gets but in moderate portions, and for the most part I snack on fruit, which helps.  It feels good to step on the scale and see the numbers go down even if it is only by ounces!  And the doc said as long as I am doing it safely and smart then weight loss is A-okay!

That is awesome, Becka!  Keep up the great work.  Good for you too Val.  Being pregnant and losing weight is quite a challenge, but the two of you seem to be moving right along.
